Shipping + Returns

Shipping charges:
Most feed is not available outside the local area delivery.  A qualifying feed sale ($40 or more) is eligible for local delivery on Thursdays.  All other items are eligible for delivery (via US post office or delivery truck) or pick up at one of our four stores.

When will the order ship?
All US postal shipments will be shipped the same day or the next business day.  All local pick up orders will be available within 4 hours.  If it is after 4 pm it will be ready the next business morning by 9 am.  In the event that we are out of stock on an item we will notify you immediately.  All local deliveries will be delivered on Thursday.  The order must be placed by 4 pm the Wednesday before.

What is your return policy?

Procedures:  Unopened or unused products in sellable condition can be returned within 45 days of original purchase for a refund equal to the product amount. This will not include taxes and shipping charges.  Credit or refund to your account will be applied after the return of the products as we will not be able to credit damaged merchandise.  Please send all returns to:

Raw food:  Due to health and safety concerns, we will not accept returns of any frozen raw food or bones.  All raw food sales are final.
Wrong shipment or exchanges?:  In the event that we shipped the wrong item, please email or call us using the information in the Contact Us Section.  We will send out the correct items immediately.  All mis-shipments must be reported within the 45 day return grace period.
Canned food:   We will take returns on unopened cans of food only.
Refused Delivery:  In the event that your order is refused upon delivery and returned to us, an additioal charge plus any return shipping will be charged to you.
Cancelled Orders:  Please be aware that orders will be processed the on the day the order was placed or the next day.  If you need to cancel your order, please Contact Us immediately.
Method of Credit payment:  We will only be able to credit you using the same method used for the order.  Please allow up to a week for credit card credits to show up on your account.

Frozen raw food shipping policy.

There is a 4 pound minimum on all frozen raw & bone orders.  An additional charge will apply as special packaging is required.

All raw and frozen sales are FINAL and cannot be returned due to health and safety reasons.
